Judith Chinkumbi, the current Deputy Group Company Secretary at Professional Provident Society Insurance Company Limited, has extensive experience in corporate governance. Is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and a Certified Director (CD(SA)). Judith has served on several boards, including Amref Health Africa, Henley Academic Board, Sesego Foundation, and HIVSA. Her particular areas of interest include championing corporate governance, advancing business sustainability management, and promoting women's leadership on boards.

Delia Ndlovu, former Deloitte Africa Board Chair and MD of Tax & Legal, has three decades of professional services leadership. She advanced women's representation on Deloitte's board to majority levels and advocates for gender parity across industries. Also, independent Chair of ECIC, she champions inclusive governance, mentoring women leaders and embedding diversity into corporate leadership as a catalyst for growth.

Carolynn Chalmers, CEO of the Good Governance Academy, is a governance and specialist shaping global standards. She co-founded Women on Boards, Africa's premier governance capacity-building programme for women leaders. Recognised internationally, she leads initiatives advancing transparency, digital transformation, and gender equity, managing Africa's largest governance network and advocating strongly for women's voices in boardrooms.
